This policy explains the basic information related to the products of“Golden Moon factory for industry & #8221; in terms of specifications, quality, customization, and warranty, in order to ensure a clear and reliable purchasing experience for our customers from restaurants, hotels, and companies.

1. Nature of products

We manufacture and supply commercial kitchen equipment for restaurants, hotels and large establishments, including, but not limited to: cooking ovens, commercial refrigerators and freezers, preparation lines, grilling and frying equipment, ventilation systems, storage and serving equipment.

2. Specifications and photos shown

We take care that the photos and descriptions posted on the site reflect the actual product as accurately as possible. Some minor details such as the degree of gloss or colors may differ due to different monitor settings, without affecting the quality or performance of the product. The sizes and weights shown are approximate, and may vary slightly depending on the nature of manufacturing.

3. Ready-made products and customized products

Finished products are pre-manufactured equipment according to standard specifications, and shipped within the period indicated on the product page. Customized products are equipment manufactured at the request of the customer in terms of size, design or technical specifications, and the duration of manufacturing and delivery is determined after the final design is approved with the customer. The order for a customized product may not be canceled after the actual start of manufacturing, except by prior agreement between the parties.

4. Material and quality

In the manufacture of our products, we use high-quality materials, mainly stainless steel (stainless steel) conforming to health and Food Standards. All products undergo internal quality checks before delivery to ensure compliance with technical specifications and operational safety.

5. Warranty

Our products are offered with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects, and the warranty period varies depending on the type of product, and is explained on the product page or when completing the purchase. The warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by misuse, incorrect installation by an unauthorized party, or negligence in regular maintenance. The warranty is void in the event of modifications or repairs made to the product by unauthorized parties of the company.

6. Installation and operation

We provide installation, commissioning and testing of equipment at the customer's site upon request. It is always advisable to rely on our technical team or authorized bodies to install the equipment, to maintain the validity of the warranty and the safety of operation.

7. Maintenance and spare parts

We provide regular and emergency maintenance services after the expiration of the warranty period, in addition to providing original spare parts. It is recommended to perform regular maintenance according to the recommended schedule for each product to ensure the longest operational life and optimal performance.

8. Exchange and return

The customer has the right to request the replacement or return of finished products in the event of a factory defect or non-compliance with the agreed specifications, in accordance with the controls contained in the Saudi e-commerce system. Products customized according to the customer's request are not subject to exchange or return, unless it is proved that there is a manufacturing defect. The request for replacement or return must be submitted within the specified period from the date of receipt, accompanied by proof of purchase and photos showing the defect, if any.

9. Changes to products

The company reserves the right to continuously develop or modify product specifications to serve quality, without affecting pre-confirmed orders. Some products may be discontinued or replaced with updated models without prior notice, with the possibility of providing spare parts for discontinued products for a reasonable period of time.
